Welcome!

We hope you enjoy and receive some benefit from our site.  With so many veterans needing help today the Veterans Administration has a hard time keeping up.  We offer counseling, education, support and guidance for the many of you who need help now.  Our family has many veterans from all branches of service and we realize the needs that families and loved ones alike want to ensure the best care of their veteran.  Please browse the resources available here. We add new things all the time so check back often!

Whatever you are,
be a good one.

Did you know.......?

...that emotions are stored in the organs of our bodies?

...that stress can cause illness and pain?

...even happy events can cause you to feel anxious?

...feeling loss over a death is only one thing we can grieve?

...your family may need to get to know you all over again?

...confronting harmful behaviour is better than denying it?

...your likelyhood of having PTSD can form in childhood?

...laughter can relieve harmful stress?

...you are worth everything it takes to help you regain a life worth living!
